Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures conducted over 90 minutes, beginning with a breathing exercise to warm up, progressing through 24 asanas (postures), and finishing with a toxin-eliminating breathing posture. This series of postures was scientifically designed to systematically work through the entire body to efficiently create maximum benefit to as many body systems as possible, and be within reach of as many people as possible: any age, any condition, and any level of ability.
